QuestMaker is currently in free beta testing. By using this service, you understand that:

Welcome to QuestMaker! By accessing or using questmaker.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuestMaker ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use QuestMaker. Our Service is designed for parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults to create scavenger hunts for children.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.
Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos, custom clues, and hunt configurations. We need only a limited license to process and display this content for the Service.
Our Content
QuestMaker's branding, code, templates, and themes are owned by us. Generated content (clues, artwork) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Note: Theme styles are inspired by popular genres but are original designs. Use of third-party trademarks is not authorized.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Service
QuestMaker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Physical Activity Disclaimer
Scavenger hunts involve physical activity and exploration. You acknowledge that:
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuestMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 during beta).
Termination
Termination by You
You may delete your account anytime via:
Profile → Delete Account
All data permanently removed within 48 hours.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Terms violations
- Security or legal risks
- Fraudulent behavior
Data & Privacy
Your use of QuestMaker is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through informal resolution first, then binding arbitration if needed.
